No — billing is in Canadian dollars. A US contractor pays the same $10 CAD per report and their card issuer converts it, which usually works out near $7 USD. There is no separate US price list and nothing extra to sign up for.
No. Create an account and the leads board, CRM, invoicing and proposals are there. Subscriptions cover measurement report volume and the two add-on modules.
Yes — that is the point of it. A rep drops a pin on a house, the map returns a ballpark replacement range built from your Instant Estimator pricing, and the appointment gets booked on the same screen. The canvassing map itself is free; quoting from a pin requires the Instant Estimator subscription.
